"Circo in atto" means "circus in progress"
Perhaps because the classic categories are no longer enough: it’s not a traditional show, it’s not dance, and it’s certainly not the circus of past generations. It’s sport, it’s culture, it’s creation — it’s life. And so we suddenly find ourselves searching for new standards: is it a beautiful show? A bad one? Is it even a “show” at all? This initiative offers a way to tell the story of today’s national and European contemporary circus scene without explaining it — inviting the curious to watch, to take part, and to realize that when we say “circus” today, we mean a new way of living and seeing life itself. We invite professional circus artists to spend a week or two with us at Circo all’InCirca.
During their stay, they will share their training methods with our community, and on Friday evenings they’ll present their work-in-progress pieces — a sort of circus aperitif, followed, of course, by a Friulian one with beers and cheers. A wonderful opportunity for growth and exchange for everyone at Circo all’InCirca — young and old, beginners and professionals alike.
Don’t miss it!
2025/2026 season
A season dedicated mainly to semi-professional and amateur artists from the Circo all’InCirca community — with special guests joining us from other regions as well.
D·liria
Colectivo Sorè
What would happen if floral beauty did not soften reality, but instead made it even more real? The company of former students from the professional circus school “Creat” in Valencia was formed within the walls of the Spanish school. They decided to work on an artistic and human project, seeking to build a community that reflects on some highly relevant aspects of contemporary thought.

Nuovi inizi
Camilla Francetti
A teacher at Circo all’inCirca and a graduate of the FLIC Circus School, Camilla has been working for several years on the poetics of clowning. The aim is to create a therapeutic experience for the audience — a relational space that blends Chinese pole, personal emotional research, and a touch of poetry in motion. New Beginnings is a project that started a long time ago and was never finished; during this residency, she intends to take it up again from scratch.

Open stage
Created and performed by Circo all’inCirca’s adult trainees
Second open stage to refine one’s experience and rehearse again — to improve, to make mistakes again — on a real stage, but with a friendly audience. Before focusing all performative efforts on the end-of-year show, Circus Night offers an opportunity to create, experiment, and present — stress-free — the techniques learned during the courses.

Apici
Gabriel Di Baia
A graduate of the FLIC Circus School in Turin as a balance artist, he is developing a show of balancing acts using various types of wooden pieces. His main discipline is the rola bola, but in his research it merges with an infinity of small cubes used as tiny bricks in the construction of imaginary worlds and precarious forms of balance that Gabriel inhabits, transforming virtuosity into storytelling.

Garbino
Giorgia Barbero
A graduate of the FLIC Circus School in Turin as a balance artist, she is developing a solo show on slack wire that carries the audience into the winds of madness. Around the slack wire and a few kilos of sand, Giorgia builds a journey that draws the spectator into the whispers of a warm south-westerly wind — known in Rimini as the Garbino — said to drive people mad.

Area sem fio
Veronica Piccini and Vinicios Debs
An artistic research project that blends contemporary circus, dance/theatre, and digital technology to reflect on the fragmentation of human attention, the desire for genuine connection, and digital burnout. The result is a reflection on hyper-connected life and the resulting fragility of mental health in this era.The work began in 2024 in São Paulo, Brazil — the city where both artists live. With multidisciplinary backgrounds and skills, they are working to create a multimedia performance.
