A reimagined cabaret
The project called "Questo domani ripassato in padella è ancora più buono" - which means " “This Tomorrow, Sautéed, is Even Better!”- is a reimagining of the classic “cabaret” format. It is characterized by remarkable versatility, both in terms of the number of performers involved and its ability to adapt to diverse settings—whether indoors or outdoors, in urban or natural environments.The aim of the research is to explore the possibilities of performing in various configurations and spaces, defining the narrative context that accompanies the stage action while refining technical and stylistic choices.
Narrative and vision
The acts intertwine, following a common thread that begins with a meeting between friends and concludes with a toast—a celebration of life. The audience is thus guided through the imaginaries, parallel universes, dreams, and thoughts of each artist, who engage and connect with the spectators through the use of different languages and techniques.Through this project, the aim is to express the urgent need to share humanity, to coexist within differences, and to witness how diverse perspectives can converge toward a vision of a shared tomorrow—a tomorrow that is “even better.” The work serves as an attempt to approach the present with the lightness required to look beyond limits, transcend social constructs, and rediscover the importance of inhabiting space and time in new, more conscious, and open ways.
